Speed Menus lets you clear up your desktop a little and avoid the disorder and chaos that comes with loads of icons and other things. This program can organize all the shortcuts into virtual folders, which you can access from a tabs menu across the screen.

You can create as many tabs as you like, and add to them as you go along via a simple drag and drop system. Another possibility is adding text or comments to describe the content of each folder, and so identify them quicker.
